Although this inn is listed as a hotel, it has the feel of a Bed & Breakfast. Part of the house dates from the 17th century but has been updated to today's standards. The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb of Lyon on a walled off estate. Our hostess, Caroline, made us feel like we were being welcomed into her home (which we were). Caroline by the way speaks fluent English. Our high ceilinged bedroom was spacious, with a super king sized and very comfortable bed. There was also a bathroom w.

This place was excellent! Best bed we had in 9 nights of our vacation. The breakfast was wonderful. Home cooked by Caroline. I wanted to take the Brioche with me! The small hotel is very stylish and clean! Great location near to a great restaurant a short walk away. Great views of the valley below. Our own small terrace was great for having a bottle of wine.
Genuinely friendly, accommodating and professional hostess.Caroline helped with all our travel questions and gave us tips on places to see and the language. Home made breakfast and beautiful interior decor gave the place a very warm atmosphere.
Comfortable and spotlessly clean, to sit on the balconey with a glass of wine was a delight after a long drive. Beautiful room and house. Excellent breakfast and very helpful owner. Thank you very much.
Caroline was an exceptional hostess, helping me to book a TGV to Paris; and when she couldn't get a cab she personally dropped my off at St Exupery station. Overall, a lovely stay.

Our room did not have a shower, but provided a bath with hand sprayer which was ok. Know that they have no elevator. No toiletries, but we had our own.
Would appreciate if hand-held shower over the bath tub could be attached in some way so one can take a shower hands-free. Could do with slightly larger sign to advertise the hotel.
