We have stayed before and will hopefully stay again. Gassin is a classic hilltop village near to St Tropez and the beaches, so in terms of location it is just superb. As a hotel / restaurant this ticks all the boxes especially as the food is inspired by Provence. The staff are just delightful. We would not hesitate to recommend and it is certainly great value for money. the town of Gassin is wonderful by itself. The hotel is well located. From the terrace we could see some charmy back streets. I definitely recommend here for a romantic stay. Parking is public/open but it seems safe due to the size of the village.
