After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 9 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are not available and guests should bring their own. - Kitchen linen are included in the price. - Please note that the electricity fee of 5 EUR/night is not included in the room rate. - Please note that the gas/oil fee of 10 EUR/night (May-Sep) and 25 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate. - You are allowed to bring max. 2 pet/dog with you, free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
