  There was a warm welcome right from the start - and this continued through breakfast (more than adequate) to checking out. The rooms are really mini-apartments (with kitchen facilities) and so there is the chance to cook and eat 'at home' (there are also tables and chairs outside in the small courtyard). Literally in centre of town. Clean &comfortable rooms. Off street parking, free but a little tricky to get to. Very friendly & helpful staff, with limited English, but warm & friendly. Restaurant very good also, simple but adequate continental breakfast.

  Hotel is only 5min walk from the train station, so great for anybody arriving by train. City centre is close, maybe 8min walk. Staff were welcoming and gave us helpful tips for exploring the surroundings. The hotel is set back a bit from the street, so is reasonably quiet even when facing the street.
