actually we liked everything of that hotel. good staff, clean and comfortable room, nice shower, just in 30 meters from bus stop,, close to orly sud airport (just 12 mins by bus) and budget. Room was small but designed in a way that made it easy to live out of. Room modern and very clean. Very budget friendly. Location is very very good. Easy to find and very easy to get to the city center.

The hotel was clean and the staff approachable. The rooms were a reasonable size if a little small. It was quiet and felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower with the lights in the shower head was a bonus! It had off street garage parking (at a price) but there was plenty of on street parking if you wished. We left our car outside the hotel with 'foreign' number plates on with no problem. The price was reasonable. as other Ibis Budget with its value for money, cleanliness and standard offerings. - Location near Metro (10 min walk) - Clean shower, toilet - Get what you pay for. Definitely good for budget travellers. Access to bus & metro easily. good budget accommodation, room was clean. Breakfast for this money. new , modern and clean. close to city. Good hotel for single-treveller. A good price to performance ratio. room cleaned well. The price. Conveninet location, cheap and cheerful, clean. nothing. Well, a bit away from the city centre. but it is in 1-3 zone and reachable by metro and bus connection. So, that was not a problem for us. Location if far from city and 800meter walk to metro on a street that is totally under construction. Rooms are too small and not so clean. the room is a little bit too smoll. finding the place front desk some times not available. The 2 small bed rather than 1 big bed but overall it's great. The hotel is a long way from the center of Paris and the whole area is a major building site. Workmen, noise and dust everywhere. The area immediately behind the hotel is now under construction and they start work at eight. The noise of pile drivers and the beeping of reversing machinery is awful despite double glazing. There is a reception with high tables and stools but no where comfortable to sit. the front staff wasnt that friendly and seems a like not loving the job. I have stayed at many Ibis and Ibis Budget (previously Etap) and even the cheaper F1 Hotels, but some of the staffs here seems do not loving it. - Dust on tables, tv and under the bed - Small heater, so room was cold and heated up very slowly. Not enough space to walk in the room but manageable. Absence of wardrobe and pegs. small rooms but worth the sacrifice for cleanliness. Whole street on which hotel is located was dug up when we stayed and was a maze of fenced off walkways (not the hotels fault). no one can understand english. Family unfriendly. Very poor Breakfast without ham. Very small rooms (not typically for normal hotel). Staff speak very bad english, only french. the worst hotel in my last 10 years: very meager breakfast very cramped room no furniture (bed only) little friendly staff except soap no shampoo or gel Only one towel to the subway 20 minutes by foot or bus 2-3 times per hour. How basic the hotel is. bed was extremely uncomfortable, staff were extremely negative, seemed to have a problem with all guests. Everything. Staff were rude. Hotel was a dump.
