The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. The shower excellent. We ate in the hotel one evening and found it very good. We had breakfast there each day and thought it was good value. The free WiFi was usually reliable. It was well located for getting to Parc Asterix theme park and Paris by train. They had a secure car park. We want to go back to actually look round Chantilly.
所有评语 » Oh we loved the hotel. The triple room we booked was spacious compared to European standards. The beds were nice. Ample clean towels and supplies. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good. Good food and service and reasonable price. Location was almost equidistant from the station and château and quite easy to find. The room was enormous and the beds were comfortable, with an excellent standard of cleanliness Breakfast was good and plentiful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the Italian Restaurant across the road. A good base for going to Parc Asterix, and the station (a 10 minute walk) takes you straight into Paris. In house restaurant/brasserie, nice room in a pleasant colour scheme, good bed, wifi everywhere, good breakfast - could be bettered by just toasting the croissants a little. Location at walking distance from the Chateau and racecourse, private parking, a warm welcome for our cats. A good hotel in a good position in Chantilly. Within walking distance of the Chateau and railway station (to visit Paris) Good food and wine but not gourmet type. Used a lot by locals. Comfortable bed in a clean and airy room. Good parking. Helpful staff. Great staff very responsive to our needs we ate there too and the service was fantastic. Chantilly is not very easy to do with small children and luggage if you do not have a car. That said the walk was extremely pleasant and relaxing. Nothing was negative about the hotel. The room was a little chilly, and we always forget that continental hotels do not provide tea and coffee making facilities. If we had been better organised with taking our own supplies we could have used the microwave in the kitchenette, but we didn't know about it so we didn't pack our mugs!. The room (on the front) was quite noisy, sounds from outside (people talking outside, buses, heavy traffic) were very audible. Decor in rooms a bit dated. Nothing. Since the rooms are above the restaurant, there was a persistant smell of fried food. Otherwise, all was fine. Nothing. Nothing. No lounge to sit in. Hardly any facilities and a very poor breakfast. Old bathroom and a bit smely. We where in top room to many stairs to climb ,had my mother with us we checked out after 1 night ,staff where fine with it and helped us book in somewhere else. bathroom. Somewhat noisy with the room facing the street. Noisy when putting outside furniture away at about midnight. Staff not too friendly. Staff rude and unhelpful, they appeared to be wanting to be elsewhere and did not care if you knew it. No reception area - just the bar No sitting area/room No lift Smelly bathrooom - shower drain not cleared Ceiling in bedroom stained and not repaired Very noisy as it was on the main road street Restaurant food very average Quite basic. everything else.
