  The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people).   We stayed here for a week in June 2013. Pretty good location, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes (across the garden gate). La Croisette is a 15 minute walk along the beach, or you could take a bus (the bus stop's 100 meters from the front entrance). The location was perfect. Right across the road from the beach and a 15-20minute walk into the city. There are also a number of buses to take you to your destination.
