  The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people). We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities.
