  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. Very green and relaxing. Charming old style décor. L - I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view
