The air conditioning was very effective. Kitchen and Bathroom were newlyfitted and of very good standard. Very quiet residential avenue,pleasant aspect and views. No traffic noise which is great!. The avenue, which is on a bit of a hill. Approx half hour walk down toprominade. Local supermarket about 10 mins walk. Really necessary to gointo Cannes centre for good restaurants. Taxi varies €14- € 18 approx.Pool a few minutes walk form apt through wooded gardens, looked nice butdinn't use it.
