  Excellent hotel, central location-literally 20seconds from metro station (10min from city centre).Good value for money considering its peak season for paris and reservation made 3 weeks before. Staff extremely polite and very helpful. The young gentleman gave us the room from early morning rather than going bac - I had a very nice 3-night stay. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, letting early-arriving guests park their bags well before the official check-in time (wish i'd known that!). Breakfast is good, and the service staff is attentive and generous, refilling coffee, etc. It's located at the southern edge of the city, in Montparnasse, a bit far away from the best-known parts of the city, but the metro is steps away from the hotel, and there's a Carrefours (supermarket) just 5-minutes away by fo

Tim hotel did not want to change the dates to a later date because I was sick and want another 1082 euros wow so greedy and misers. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Excelent value for the money.

  A wonderful room with kitchenette, clean, and spacious. Had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun. While the location isn't near the main tourist attractions, it is very close to Tolbiac metro. The area is local and not overpriced, adjoining Chinatown. Location at top of Ave d'Ivry meant it's nice and close to the Place d'Italie and all the metro lines/buses it offers. Would definitely stay there again.
