Big bathroom, cleanness, good price/quality, big windows (quite old
building, but in good conditions), eccelent central position in the city
and much cheaper compared to the other hotels in the same neighborhood.

Everything a little bit worn out. A pair of holes in blankets, problems with water not flowing away promptly, wc not well isolated from the room; a smell of somebody has smoked inside.
