the friendliness of the employees especially helpfull was David who went out of his way several times to accommodate us many personnel thanks to him i would describe the Hotel as a "Boutique hotel" small rooms but fully efficient very nicely decorated pleasant choice of colors. The hotel owner was exceptional. The staff was superb and the location was in an active area.The desk cleck was very helpful. The location and value for the moneywas excellent.

You could, from your comfortable bed, hear the atmosphere outside or close the windows for a good night's sleep. No. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.WiFi coverage was so poor I was unable to connect most of the time. Some renovation work across the way that was noisy during the day. While there is a lift, you must use the stairs above the second floor. This is extremely problematic if you are carring heavy suitcases or have physical ailements or disabilities. The lift was not convenient for all rooms - difficult if you had a heavy suitcase.Room rather small and dark, too close to lift so therefore noisy at times. difficult to find with no vehicle access but public car park 600m away. Internal bathroom drains a little smelly. lift does not serve all floors - steps from lift to some rooms - perhaps website might indicate which rooms can be reached by lift. The stairs. No parking place near the hotel. The way to the 4th floor is like alabyrinths. I would not have liked to have a room near the lift becauseof the noise. A very long walk from the station. Use the tram. No lifts from reception. Room was very small and dark. No food or drinks allowed in room.Dark rooms, poor lighting. Very basic facilities. Elevator doesn' serve every level. Room and bathroom extremely small and cramped. Also noisy, overlooking pedestrian street. Obliged to keep curtains closed for privacy as buildings opposite looked directly into the room and there were no net curtains.Asked for twin room. got a bunk which had to make up ourselves..No staff apparantly on duty.
