  The hotels gardens and public areas were lovely, so were the staff. They even drove us down to the town one evening when no taxis were available. Smashing breakfast with lots of local produce.   The location was very great, near the maora beaches and middle of nature (you need a car to get there). Perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday with your own private cabin/apartment.
