  The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with all the proper amenities in working order. Everything was quite clean, if a bit dated.   This is a very charming apartment which was once a stable. Half- timbering was everywhere in this quaint Alsatian village. Cooking facilites were good and the owner gave au a new, flat screen tv to replace the old crt model. St. Hipollyte is in the heart of the Route de Vin. Great location for day trips to Strausbourg, Colmar, Kaysersberg, the Alsace Memorial, Riquewihr, Egui - So cosy, a lovely apartment under the eaves of a wonderful old building totally secure in its own courtyard. Helpful charming hosts who made great restaurant recommendations. Very convenient for visits to Colmar and Strasbourg without the cost of staying in these magical cities. We will be back!!
