  The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to look after us. The hotel itself was picture perfect, nestled along a quaint street just yards away from the magnificent cathedral. The location was central to town, and parking was really convenient. The hotel is small, and I guess that's why it's only a 2 star hotel - though it feels more like... 别人怎么说 » a 3. Rooms - very comfortable and perfectly formed. - The staff went out of their way to help us with a rental car problem and were very friendly and accommodating with respect to all other matters. The restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The setting is absolutely beautiful with the River Aure right behind the rooms in the annex.

  The hotel was fresh, clean and new with efficient friendly staff at a brilliant budget price. The room was spotless with comfy beds which were cleaned and made up despite us only staying 2 nights.   The food was excellent. We also had a special request due to unforeseen circumstances to slightly extend the time to vacate one of the rooms which was dealt with in a thoroughly sympathetic and helpful manner, for which we are very grateful. - Great place for a family, room was spacious and clean.Would highly recommend.Staff was polite and helpful.

  The hotel was well located for the sites we wanted to see. It was comfortable and had plenty of parking spaces.   Hotel was easy to get to. The staff was excellent both at the front desk and the support staff. Everyone spoke english . The front desk was extremely helpful with places to dine , sights, and shopping. Very friendly. Room was very comfortable and quiet. - laundry even though i didnt get a chance to use the facility
