  The hotel was well situated in the city of Arras. The staff in the reception were very helpfull and made our party feel welcome from first arriving. Food very good and again staff were excellent. Would certainly go there again.   Friendly, hospitable welcome from the owner, with refreshments provided in the reception arae. Delicious breakfast with excellent choice of food and drinks.   We took a family room which was very spacious, well furnished in quality furniture, very comfortable triple king bed! Plus two singles. Bathroom modern and spacious too.
