  Very smart hotel and pleasant staff. We had a two room apartment which was perfect for our family. Close to a supermarket for any shopping you need. 15 minute flat walk to Marie D'Ivry Metro and 5 minute walk tp REN station. - The room (studio 2 pax) was fantastic.   I traveled to Paris with my 1 year old kid. The hotel stay with kitchenette was excellent. It had all the basic stuff that one may need and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly cleaned.   This is a very basic, utilitarian hotel with costs cut right down. However, it was all very efficient, the breakfast was good and if you want somewhere plain and cheap it is OK. - Close to Metro station
