  Veronique was quick to respond to my several emails prior to our arrival. The large apartment is in a great location, and quiet. Our room was clean and well appointed with kitchen and supplies. Veronique sat down with me to make reservations for us for the unplanned part of our trip - A very convenient location for exploring the centre of Aix, and close to the bus and rail networks. I think it was just a 5 minute walk to the rail station, but yet still in a nice area of town. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend these apartments to travellers who are looking for a chilled, stylish and central location.

  The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed, including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez.   We LOVED this accommodation. We had a deluxe double room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The building was a grand old house and the room enormous and filled with traditional character and had a smart modern bathroom. Walking to town, and then returning to a tranquil environment, only thing missing would be a pool in the summer! I would recommend this place to anyone.

  The location was perfect. The hotel room was newly renovated and though very small had nice furnishings and a very nice bathroom. However, the room floor had not been renovated and that was a distraction. Old, uneven and loose tiles made for a grungy floor.
