I'm not sure you would want to stay there long term but for a short break it's great. The kids thought it was absolute heaven. And it was actually pretty cheap for hotels of a comparable standard in a similar location.

We got a very good deal from letsbookhotel.com which was a fifth of the official price list.
The hotel was huge and luxurious and not your typical European or paris hotels.
Rooms were comfortable and its location was great with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

There was very little to fault during our stay. Rooms could have been bigger but apparently that's the norm in Paris. The hotel were extremely courteous and helpful.
