We are both entranced by the charming ambience of the hotel. It suited
our needs perfectly. The bedroom was large and lovely. The breakfast
room was decorated in a pale yellow , patterned china cups and saucers
took us back to a relaxed, gentle era. The rose garden and traditional
sculptures were enchanting too. What a perfect "retreat" after
enjoying the many things of interest in La Rochelle. We plan to return
to the same hotel next year.

Great location, friendly staff who were very helpful. Room with kitchenette was clean and well equipped, especially the filter coffee machine in the room. Recently refurbished, this is a very comfortably hotel in a superb location. Just 60 seconds walk from the old port where you can see the three towers for which La Rochelle is aptly famous and just around the corner from the Rue Saint Jean du Perot where you can find a range of excellent restaurants.

Great view from the rooms facing the marina. From these rooms after 8 pm
you get a nice view on the street that is closed for public traffic and

This was a very, very nice hotel indeed. Extremely comfortable and the design features were greatly appreciated. We would definitely want to stay at this hotel again if we came back to La Rochelle. It was also very convenient for everything that the town has to offer. -

Staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were large, comfortable and regularly cleaned and furnished with tea and coffee. The location was just right - 10/15minute walk out of the hussle and bussle of the town centre, so you got the best of both worlds: quiet and yet also convienient. The hotel has on-site secure car-parking.
