I liked the room and specialy the wiew from the window. The staff were very helpful, even after our flight was delayed, and we arrived at 3 in the morning. Attention and the smile of girl in reception :) Unless I am mistaken, her name is Diana. Good location, nice interior. Very good-Close to the old city-Upper part-which was the best
Good value apart from the price of the bottled water. Decoration of the room. Their breakfast and having internet in my room. Room was very cosy and clean. Nice location, spacious, light-filled zen-room, free internet, good bed, good breakfast.Computers with free internet access. Location. zen room, fine location. There were lot of people at the breakfast at the same time and there was of course some noise. I do not know if anything can be done maybe some materials on the ceiling...... May be more noticeable logo of hotel.Water pressure on the 3rd floor was temporaly very low. Standard room smaller as in other 3 star hotels, but very nice equipped. Room nice but a bit small. The price of bottled water at €2.50 in the fridge outside the rooms was a rip off and left a bad taste--same price as the beer and the minerals. Room was smaller then I was used to. But very effecient. 1. Noice from the corridor - you can hear every step from outside. 2. Chambermaid with vacuum cleaner at 8 am in other room 3. No breakfast at 9, although it should have lasted till 10. 4. No wireless connection :). bad smell in the bathroom, double room instead of requested and confirmed twin one (but second set of bed linnen was provided after the claim). Please eliminate the bad odour from bathroom sewer!. There were no towels in the room when we'd arrived.Early closing of the restaurant,. smell into the bathroom.
