Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in. Also, Housekeeping is very good. Location is close to Sekala which is full of restaurants and shops though its cheaper in Senzo if you are going for some shopping. Allowed us a later checkout by 2 hours for free. It was unusually cold and it snowed in Cairo and they provided a heater.
