New, clean hotel close to the center of the city, big and nice room. people, quitness of location, staff, room size, parking space. Extremely helpful staff, perfect downtown location. Location and price for divers just staying over, taking day-boat-trips to go diving from the nearby dive organisations.Staff was very nice, Located is good. breakfast was excellent. staff nice.location.

The hotel is situated just in the center of the city and it is quite calm anyway.free Internetflatrate, friendly staff, enough breakfast, near center. hotel staff was excelent kind. services and staff were up to the 3 star classification. Good for people who want to spend their money on other things, such as divers on day trips out on the sea. the free wifi (just in the lobby though) and the attention of the receptionist Nora, she was really helpful. Good location as well, not far from main road.To agree with other guests, breakfast is minimal but it will get you going in the morning. Kitchen and dining areas were extremely dirty when we arrived for breakfast the first morning and smelled so much I almost could not breathe. We did NOT take any meals at the hotel despite breakfast being included. The next morning the same rubbish still layed in the serving area (a half-cut cucumber and crumbled breadrolls). Such a pity because the location and price is ideal for divers.Towells is not clean. staff can not use visa-machine, had to pay cash. Internet in the room did not exist, breakfast was nothing to write home about. Do not take meals there. Kitchen staff have a lot to learn about cleanliness. A certain pile of rubbish tthat was laying there last weekend when I was there was still there this weekend. I did point it out to the staff.difficult to find hotel. The surroundings are not beautiful.many Moskitos, noisy building site on west side of hotel on Dec. 09. hotel for my point of view is not a 3 star hotel, but for that price it was ok. room condition although clean, and breakfast included in price, were not up to the 3 star classification. 2 stars at best. Some furniture were missing parts, although nothing to deny them their function. Room safe did not work. Bathroom missed a shower curtain. Balcony door was broken. Breakfast minimal. Staff claimed the credit card payment machine was broken the whole week and had to pay cash. The shower. The breakfast. The fact I could not connect to the internet from the room even though it said on the web it was possible. the romm was full of insects, flies and very dirty.
