I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom- not a problem at all, and the bathroom was very good and about 3metres from my bedroom. Excellent kitchen for guest use, plus kettle in room. There was a double bed for the parents and then up in the loft there were two single beds, perfect for an older brother and younger sister to have their own space.
