  Staff were polite and accommodating to our questions in both Danish and English as you'd expect from such a hotel.   The hotel was beautiful - chandeliers throughout the entry hall and restaurant. The room was stylish, spacious including two couches and a desk. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious with very comfortable beds and sitting area. Restaurant and food a bit pricey, but very good. Very close to the train station and all the city sites, including the main shopping district.
