comfort and friendly atmosphere - The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times; the location is perfect - right next to the train station and Tivoli Park and close to the main shopping street; our room was spacious and spotlessly clean; the whole place is charming and full of character.

Modern hotel with beautiful design, large and confortable room with a nice view over the city, staff was helpful, breakfast was good with many choices, the shuttle from/to the airport is very convenient.
The area arround the hotel is not extraordinary but it has a very good connectivity to the center of Copenhagen (just few minutes by metro) and
