The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and the location was fab being just minutes from the main train station. Don't be put off by claims of an unscrupulous neighborhood.. even the least wholesome looking locals were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit this beautiful city!. We spent 2 nights here. The location is comfortable, about 5 minutes by feet from Central railway station. The room was cosy with low noise. Friendly staff was always ready to give an advise for sightseeing nearby. They even provided us with city map, free of charge. Thank you!.

The staff is very professional and efficient. Not a modern hotel but clean and cosy enough. Good price/quality rate for Scandinavia. We arrived early (7 am) off our cruise ship, and the manager had one open room left, so they let us check in early. We were most grateful!. Location was great. Hotel was clean, room was a great size for a city centre hotel and the staff were really helpful. Excellent location - 2 min walk from the central station. Nice room. The location was very convenient to Central Station, Tivoli and most of the city, whilst also being on the right side of the city to reach Carlsberg by foot (20-25 mins). There was a nice strip of restaurants just south of the hotel that I wish I'd found earlier. After our first room was unacceptable, fortunately the second reception staff member moved us to another room, and also gave us the wifi code on our 2nd night. Last day we could leave our luggage at the luggage room. We checked out but our plane leave 10h later. With this service we enjoyed the stay overal. Good service, the personal was really friendly. Moreover, you can lend bikes easily which pretty good in Copenhagen. fast wi-fi. location. Service. At least the bed was clean and comfortable. There wasn't any tea/coffee in the room, but there was a payable coffee machine in the reception area. Generally, 3 stars rating is a bit increased level for such hotel. Furniture in the room was too old. The breakfast was enough not to be hungry but not enough for feeling glad. Especially for declared price. n/a. Breakfast is overpriced. Wi-Fi works unstable. Very noisy at night from hotel across the road. Loud until 4 am !. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They charged for tea and coffee. Rooms a bit small for two and luggage. No tea or coffee facility in rooms. Could do with a bit of up dating and decorating. Nothing. extra payment for early check in and check out time at 11am not 12am as internationally usual. The rooms are very basic and have nothing in it. A small fridge, water cattle and few more basic things should be present to make it more comfortable for all purposes. Elevator did not operate. Room was stuffy, had no aircon, so had to sleep with window open, was a very noisey street. No fridge or tea/ coffee making in room. The bigger beds were just two small beds pushed together. Wifi Access wasn't good..Lift wasn't working sometime and room size was bit small. refurbished worn out hotel: hardly any water from the shower. Bathroom a bit cramped, fittings and décor should be upgraded. it is noise at night (loud sex voice from neighbor room in the mid-night). If you need hot water to drink, you need to rent a machine. It should be a basic tool for a room. Whilst central, the immediate vicinity is quite loud and seedy with countless strip clubs nearby, and very loud for street facing rooms. The room we were initially in was tiny and hot, meaning we had to either swelter with the window closed or open it to loud nightlife. The room also had no power and we weren't given the wifi code by the first reception staff (and we really needed it). The shower was the hard part of our stay. It was next to the toilet and the shower curtain was so short that we had to mop with our hand fo get the water off the floor. Reconment a longer showercurtain or a floor moppet that is big with a stick to mop. The price is quiet hight for that kind of room. The shower is really unconfortable, and the room is quiet small. Location in red light district, noisy, small room, poor bathroom design, unsafe window. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. very basic room, you could see light from the corridor from under the door. Room. mini hotel. The room had clearly not been cleaned properly for a long time - just a quick wipe of obvious surfaces or vacuum of the carpet. I could find dust and grime in every corner and the "bathroom" was vile. The shower 'cubicle' would fit a small person in it if there wasn't a hand-basin in the way. Location is very close to the main central railway station, but right on the corner of the red light district, so pretty seedy. Very bed staff not helpfull dirty toilet rust stain in toilet improvised shower like in old age hose come from sink. More expensive compare to better hotel next door.
