Everything! Bertrams was located in a great, hip, fun area. Lots of fantastic restaurants & shops within walking distance. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room we had (street-side) was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in Europe. Given that our room was street side, the noise at night was minimal. I always travel with earplugs "just in case", and only needed them one night. Nikolas, Adam and the rest of the staff were wonderful! They were all so perso.
所有评语 » The reception staff were so nice and friendly, when we arrived they had already guessed who we were! They also gave great restaurant recommendations, were generally very knowledgable, and I loved that the hotel was very eco-friendly. Their deco is chic and initially I was worried about having no air conditioning, but if you leave the windows open at night, it is an amazing breeze - just the right temperature. Definitely go for the garden view terrace room, even if it's a bit more! It's in a qui. I really liked the location of the hotel and the fact that it wasn't directly in the City Centre with all the tourist hotels. This gave me an opportunity to explore a part of Copenhagen that I might not have otherwise visited. The buffet breakfast was very nice and well presented. The room was a good size and well laid out. Check in and check out were very straightforward. The hotel was quiet and had a more intimate feel than a massive chain hotel. There was a very relaxed pace to the hotel. I liked the location just ouside of the center of the city. It positioned me to see areas I might not have otherwise. I like the staff - very accomodating and friendly. I like the room and it's location facing the garden - very quiet. It was just a great place to stay in a wonderful city. The staff was very helpful. I made an error in our booking, and they went out of their way to make it right. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfasts are incredible. The longer we stayed, the more we liked it. Niklas and entire staff made me feel so welcome and cared for. Every detail of services and accommodations are thoughtful, nurturing, and flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay- I hope to return!. Size of the room with separate areas for sleeping and sitting. Garden area for eating and drinking. Bus stop in front of hotel was very convenient. Not too far to walk into town. Nicely decorated room with my own balcony, with ashtray. The beds were superb and I slept fantastic. The free toiletries were a first timer with a comb, toothbrush etc. Excellent!. There was a loud party next door on Friday night (it didn't last long, and we fell asleep regardless because we were so tired). Since we have to open the windows because their's no airconditioning, it was a bit noisy. But then again, not their problem and they can't control it :). There is nothing that I didn't like. No air conditioning. No shower. Tub was deep and felt unsafe to get into and out of. Shower head made a mess in the bathroom because of no shower curtain around bathroom. Location was OK - not really many good restaurants nearby. No restaurant but not really a problem as many places to eat nearby. The bedroom was very warm at night even with the windows open. I feel the breakfast price was high. I was surprised that the breakfast was not included in the price, not that it mattered, I had no time to eat there! I had a work arrangement that covered that. N/a. Absence of a real shower. I wish the shower hose could hang up so you don't have to hold it. Room was small (but it was perfectly formed!). The location is a bit distant from city center, but within a 20 to 30 minute walk. It was also a bit strange to not have a curtain in the glass door to our little balcony, since it is summer and it practically doesn't get dark there in summer. nothing - everything was great!. Copenhagen isn't cheap!. The bathtub wasnt as practical as a shower. Only Monday-Friday laundry service. The rude arrogance of the owners , when we asked to be moved to a room with a shower . When the bathroom flooded due to a falty pipe draining the bath ,no apology . When we enquired why the refrigerator was not working we were told there wont be one next year sustainability. The location is poor, too far from good restaurants and sightseeing. The neighborhood is low scale and unpleasant.
