  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution.   This is a residence hotel which means there is a separate bedroom, living room and a full kitchen. Much better than a hotel room. It even had a separate walk in closet for your clothes and bags.
