  Very friendly and helpful staff, and they spoke english, which made everything easier. The room was big enough for the 4 of us, and was very clean. The food at the restaruant was good. We felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel.   problems are solved directly when you ask, bathroom was fixed etc. - We loved it. The room was perfect for a family with young children. The breakfast on the weekend was very good. The waterpark is easy access and very enjoyable. You are also a close and easy drive to the beautiful city of Prague.
