In short Alqush Downtown Hotel is a great place to stay at. The rooms are luxurious compared what I actually paid and the staff are really great and helpful. The room I had was spacious with a balcony (not the best view, but it was more than I expected). The breakfasts which was included was okay, it filled my hungry stomach the mornings I actually was able to get up. I which they could extended the breakfast time to 10:30 so that it did not have to me so stressful. But they let you stay in the.
所有评语 » The rooms are spacious, and the room styling is classical, well suited to the city, with a large bathroom. The hotel is located at around 7-8 minutes walk from the Wenceslas Square, where you can catch the metro to the downtown or a tram to the castle. There's a convenience store 200 meters from the hotel open until late. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are going by plane to Prague, I highly recommend the shuttle services, that cost around 25 euros and will get you to the hotel v. Alqush Downtown Hotel is very good at most everything to be expected from a decent mid-range hotel. Its location may not be ideal, but is close to a metro station and is convenient enough for any activity in Prague. The proximity to Hlavní nádraží makes day trips easy as well. The hotel offers standardized and efficient service, and the staffs are very friendly. All these come at an attractive rate. My stay was great! The staff are friendly. The room is comfortable, clean and consistent with the bohemian theme of the city. The breakfast is ok. The location is very accessible to the congress centre, metro, and sights. It exceeded my expectation for the type of budget hotels that I usually get for business travel. I would definitely go back to the hotel and this time with my family. Beautiful stylish clean room, luckily facing the backyard (not a soundproof though), everything new, good breakfast choice, fair room charge, that night it was really affordable. The location is fine in case you don't have a lot of luggage to carry. As for us it was a weekend trip with just a small backpack, we enjoyed the walk from the city centre to the hotel through the park. I stayed in the hotel for three nights and I can say that I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was everything I may need for the comfortable stay. It is a nice, elegant hotel, which shares some facilities with its bigger brother, the Amigo Hotel. The feeling of coziness is the best feature for this hotel. I really enjoy this hotel! I hope so!. A very well kept hotel, I really like these historical buildings. Close to the metro, takes about half an hour to walk to the main sites (Old town square, Charles bridge). The tv channel selection is quite limited, as most channels offered are in czech. There is minor and tolerable negative - its the "automatic" sound activated lights in the hallways. They shut off even if you are still in the hall. Its tolerable but it gets so dark especially in the evening and difficult to look for the right path. The breakfast hall was a bit small, so we had to wait a bit for a free table. The extra charge for tea/coffee in the room was a surprise for us too, but as we had read the reviews on letsbookhotel.com (thank you, people!) about this in advance, we did not use it. Not really in the historical centre of the city, but easily reachable. There are no real problems with this hotel. A little inconvenience was the definite lack of hot water at 11.30 am , so we had to postpone our shower before leaving the facility. Also, the ventilation of the bathroom was problematic, the air sometimes was stuffy. The distance between the old city and the hotel. It was a little bit far away, but there is a subway station next to the hotel. They charge you for coffee and tea in your room! Never heard of anything similiar and didn't experience it in other 4 (or even 3 star) hotels in the Czech republic. I asked beforehand if any of the staff spoke Russian and got the answer that they did, which was not true in reality. Not exactly near old town and the historic sites, but its easily reachable by metro. Metro is only a five minute walk. No negatives. nothing. The prereservation taht was mad from my account one week before staying at the hotel. There was no such information on letsbookhotel.com. Also in the prereservation the minibar was included. I never touch the minibar. Also the coffe and tea could be free or at least cheaper. They charged 11 euros for my motorbike parking that was not expected and without informatin when i check in. Noisy street, fine with the windows closed. 15 minute walk to the old city. The three-lane traffic (one-way) was very dangerous in front of the hotel. This is only an issue for those who have a vehicle and park there. We did. It was difficult to park and dangerous to unload. Other than that, this hotel is a definite 10!. - there is a subway line right underneath the hotel. you can sometimes hear the subway but not in a disturbing way; - the access to the hotel is possible only by stairs, so if you carry a wheeled bag you need to pick it up;. N/A. - instant coffee as a part of mini bar. nothing. The cleaning ladies were really loud, shouting at each other from one room to another. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people who get cold easily, I stayed there in November and I had to sleep in a sweater because I was so cold all the time despite the fact that the heating was on. very limited English tv. Be careful!!! They overcharge the coffee & tea packets which are usually complimentary in decent hotels! 600!!! CKR 23€!!!for 6 coffee & 6 tea packets!!! RIP OFF!!!. Location- says only 10 mins walk to the square but that is top of square. Quite a walk back uphill to the hotel. Tram stop is close by very easy to use so I would recommend asking questions on how to use it and save your feet. Prague's cobblestones make for sore feet after a few days. Beds are a little hard, but managable. The hotel takes a deposit of 1000 crones for the mini bar, it returns the deposit though in case the mini bar stayed untouched. - shower (as it is 4 star hotel I was expecting bath) - not possible t smoke in the room even with the balcony. several blocks from underground station. ip.pavlova. not to far though. room bit small but with large bathroom. They are reselling parking places in Prague Centre Superior hotel garage 100 meters down the street for 500 czk, but if you pay directly to Prague Centre Superior hotel, you get a price of 300 czk. Most of the rooms overlook the biggest road of the city. Ohhhh.... Guess some folks won't like it but then the staff has to learn a lot about being polite n service oriented from Asians.. The lady at the reception,short with an american accent was a typical East European being unfreindly n very cold..byt then guess it had to do with my brown coffee screen:-). Parking place is in front of the hotel. It's so hard to get in and out. The metro under the building and it may wake up you when the train is working. Breakfast place is not very comfortable. You should go from one room to another for desirable food. Staff does not speak Russian. There are only breakfasts. There is no possibility to have lunch or supper in the hotel. It is very uncomfortable.
