They were very helpful especially when it came to translating from English. They have a very good massage service. The staff was very helpful and friendly.Hotel is very close to center of the city, staff is very professional and ready to help with useful information, room was very clean and cozy - felt like home. It was a very pleasant hotel.The room was nicely decorated in a traditional way,the bed was comfortable and the staff helpful. It was near to the park and a short walk to the trams and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The staff were friendly and both understood and spoke english which is not always the cases in this part of the czech republic. It was not any noise from trafic or neigborhood, very good.Cleanliness. AC can be left on when leaving the room. Excellent decor.nice, friendly personal in the hotel and in the restaurant, silent neighbourhood. No.No restaurant facility on Sunday night, we did not see this mentionedwhen booking. A cooked breakfast was available but you had to ask for it,there was however plenty of choice in cold meats,cheese,bread jam etc.The room was too small for the two of us. Limited breakfast.1 unfriendly male staff member. Others were quite the opposite and charming. It should be mentionned on the hotel info, that although a 4 star hotel the bar/restaurant is open after 17:00 only.a bit outdated, its not really a 4 star hotel, a bit away from the city centre, not so easy to find. During winter - cold in the room - cold water in shower.

Our air-conditioned restaurant meets the highest demands for comfort and peace, its pleasant atmosphere being underlined by quiet background music. The menu is full of traditional Czech but also foreign cuisine.
