The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. -

The Savic Hotel could not be located in a better position, a two minute walk to the old town square and five minutes from the Charles Bridge. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was large and immaculate with good facilities - flat screen tv, coffee maker, good quality complimentary toiletries and good sized fridge.

Beautiful hotel, genuinely friendly staff. Nikola who checked us in at 12am was so lovely and kind. My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great!

The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.
