Location of the hotel is amazing, you are in the center of everything and a cozy place to stay. I think it's not a good idea to stay at this hotel in summer because there is no AC and to open the windows it is not a good solution as the hotel is located in a very busy area and the noises coming from everywhere, so it will be impossible to sleep. The owners of the hotel have restored the ancient building of 16th century very accurately. But despite the attention and care of old times, the traveller feels very comfortable in the hotel. Every detail is convenient. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it is quite place in the centre of Old Town.

The location is excellent, apartment 2a and 2b are comfortable and lovely enough but I wouldn't take the share bathroom apartment.
The wood inlay ceiling in 2a is beautiful. A feel good place and the bakery down stairs is very handy.

everything was great, can't think of any way to improve our own experience there. They even emailed us a few days before we left to see if we wanted a transfer from the airport. could be handy for those with no Czech or arriving at odd times, to also send a shopping list for groceries to to bought for arrival - i.e. milk, coffee, bread... though

At first I did not believe that I could get a mini-apartment for that price. But it had a big bed, a sofa, a nice table, kitchen and a big batheroom (extremely clean!)

Staff were very friendly, helpful and there 24 hours a day at reception which was really good. The breakfast was nice and we got a glass of sparkling wine with it (it's never too early for wine)! The rooms (I stayed in 3 different rooms) were of different prices and sizes, all 3 rooms offered good value for their price. The bathrooms in all 3 rooms were well equipped and clean with plenty of hot water comfortable non-slip shower stalls.

A fantastic location right in the middle of everything, close to the Old Town and St Wenceslas Squares and Charles Bridge. We had a very spacious room, good bathroom facilities with a decent sized shower cubicle. Some very tasty cakes at breakfast, and really we had everything we needed for a great price.
