The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old classical buidling. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and big enough. Most of all I like the staff of Balbin hotel. It is the most hospitable and friendliest of all hotel staffs I have ever seen.
