The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat. Finally, there was free w - This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast.
