  I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it.   The price and location was great. The owners daughter came to drop off the keys right on time and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was great.   The apartment is nicely decorated, location is good may be Coz we have a car. The staff is just excellent. My friend has let behind a Down jacket so we called their staff Leri about the situation from another city. Within 24 hours we have already received her jacket in our next destinated hotel. There is easy, free parking if you are arriving by car (I cannot imagine how you would get here without a car). The studio apartment was quite big, with a proper kitchen.   This hotel is very close to several beaches. There is even a sandy beach close by. It is 30 - 45 minutes on foot and 5 - 7 minutes by bus. The breakfast was OK. - The service from Paula in the reception. and the restaurant.

The location was ideal, the apartment was spotless and very quiet. We received an email with perfect directions prior to our stay, and Anamarija meet us with a key when we arrived. The courtyard garden was a lovely spot for a morning coffee and the apartment was within minutes of anywhere. Unlike some of the older reviews written in 2011 or 2012 there were no problems with cleanliness or facilities. We will definitely stay here again.
