Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;

the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

My cousins and I could not have been happier with the accommodations and especially the location. I have been to Split many times and have in the past always stayed in hotels. This was my first experience with an "apartment" type of accommodation. I loved loved loved the patio for late evening relaxation and people watching. Everything was like new and very clean. Both Antonia and Robi were wonderful and were very helpful in making our stay one to remember. -
The apartment was a very nice size for 4 adults and magnificently located just outside the western wall of the palace at the Iron Gate. The terrace was amazing and spacious with a nice view of the square and a beautiful Romanesque house tower with Gothic belfry and Renaissance 24 hour clock adjoining the terrace. No bells ringing thankfully. Very charming and full of history. A great location to explore the palace and return to wonderful accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

This is a lovely modern and very clean 2 bedrooms apartment. It is in a great location, close to the beach with parking free and about 10 minutes to old town Split.
Sea view from 3 nd Floor. Pretty much everything about the apartment was just right.

I am very pleased with the location and I intend to come back. The apartment is located near the center, in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, balcony and terrace. It also has its own private entrance, so it seems like you're at home.

The room was beautiful! We had unfortunately stayed in a slightly disappointing place before so this place was almost a haven in comparison. You couldn't be in a better place for location - and the bed might be the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Also the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.
