Great location, near the ferry, train and coach terminus (where the airport bus stops) in Split as well as a sandy beach. Near enough to the centre of split (5minute walk) but far enough away from the noise and crowds. We'll equipped for a couple of nights. And the owner is friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd stay and we are going back next week, when we return from the islands. Has had further renovation to the outside of the building since our stay last year, looks very nice now. 所有 评语 »
The service was amazing! No matter what we needed they did everything
possible to find a solution and to help. The apartment was located 10
min by feet to the city, so it wasn't quite far! The harbor is only
5 min away and the beach even less! The suite was really pretty and nice
and definitely suitable for two persons. It was very clean and the water
in the shower was soooo hot :) All in all it is easy to have a great
time there!.
Great location if you need to use ferries, buses or trains, which are all just around the corner, and a 5 to 10 minute walk into the old town. Very friendly reception from the owner, who was also good at communicating with us by email ahead of time to ensure we had someone to meet us when we arrived. We had a clean, comfortable room with en suite.
We are 3 freinds were staying in this appartments for 2 nights. The location is exellent, very close to the beach and city centre. Rooms are clean and comfort, with all nessesary facilities. Owner is very freindly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay in this appartment and recommend to other tourists.
We used the small studio apartment as we were passing through Split. It is in a good location, clean and close to the bus and ferry terminals. There is a nice bar/restraunt close by. There is also a beach about 200m away.
The owner was extrenly nice.
We needed needel and the next day we found a whole kit.
The location is great for those who need the bus station and the ferries!

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and offered all the help that could be necessary. I felt very comfortable there because of her kindness.
Another great stay. Great place to stay if you are travelling to or from the islands, or you fancy an early morning swim. We'll be back.

The location was excellent, with the beach just behind you, and the harbour and city center just 10 minutes walk away. This is the place for you that don't want a luxury hotel, and can take care of yourself. The owner comes and welcomes you, and visist you a few times during your stay, to make sure that you have everything you need and that everything is ok. very friendly and willing to help. We were two persons ( me and my mother). It was enough space for the two of us. The house also have a c.

Directly next to the apartment was an instruction side (they build a
new house) so it was quite noisy sometimes. The terasse wasn't
available for the guest as there was a lot of stuff in the backyard.
But that's not that bad as we haven't been to Split to stay in
the garden ;).

Although it is not far to walk to the city center (about 5 minutes), there were a few small alleys I didnt feel comfortable with travelling alone.

the street it sits in isn't terribly pretty there is working on a building next to it but no noise early morning or evening so this didn't impact our stay at all.

The beds weren't so comfortble. It was bedsofas, and they were quite hard. It was ok, even for a week, but I was happy to lay in my own bed again!.
The owner does not live in the building, which might cause problems if you need something urgent. you need to know beforehand both your check-in and check-out times and the communication with the owner is by email (or you need to call but that costs of course).
No kitchen facilities. Our bathroom was very small.
