very friendly owners who are also running a wine farm and other products like olive oil and vegetables which are sold near the hotel. The room we had was calles "Romea & Julietta" due to the little balcony and view to the old town of Rovinj. It was equipped with air con, SAT TV and and wireless lan. Everything is newly renovated, very clean and in very good shape. The breakfast offers everything you can expect from a three star hotel and even more (almost 4 star hotel like). All staff are f.
所有评语 » Wine that was incredible made on-site. Breakfast was over the top great. The location was perfect not too far from the old city and within walking distance. Fresh fruit and vegetables from their farm not too far away. Plenty of parking-no problem. Nathalina really cared about everything. Facilities were very clean. Nathalina provided initial orientation and restaurant recommendations. Do not miss the sunset excursion with Gordon. Gordon sings in the choir with Nathalina. This is a must do.. This was a highlight of our Croatian vacation. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and the bathroom second to none. We also enjoyed the lovely patio off our room. The breakfast room and ground floor patio provided the perfect setting to enjoy all the fresh offerings at breakfast. We enjoyed watching all the locals arrive to purchase fresh produce and wine at their stand adjacent to the guest house. Everything. Natalina very friendly and capable. Short walk to old city and great views from the rooms. Breakfast very fresh. She picked strawberries from her garden every morning for breakfast. They make their own wine. We bought one bottle of merlot. Now sorry we didn't buy more. This is more boutique hotel then your traditional Bnb. If in Rovinj again will stay there again. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Well appointed with a balcony and a wonderful view. the location provides easy access to Rovinj. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Natalina and her staff are friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced wine that they produce and make available to guests.Staying there was one of the best parts of our vacation. Excellent location, short stroll into town. Very comfortable and stylish rooms with balcony and views to sea and town. Free parking. Good breakfast included. Natalina was extremely helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. There is a small winery on site producing very delicious white and red wines,6 euros a bottle, and olive oil for sale. The place is great. Not too far from the city center (10 min walking). The owner recommended us a wonderful place to have dinner and some places to go out. Very nice atmosphere and a very familiar hotel. Our room was perfect and we were able to see Rovinj from our balcony. A perfect place to stay for a one o two days. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The hotel's owner was helpful and knowledgeable about Rovinj. Love this place!!! Everything is wonderful, nothing to not like. Air Conditioning is advertised. However, it is controlled by the owners when they actually turn it on for the entire villa depending upon outside temp. You can open windows but if light sleeper take ear plugs. Shared balconies.. This could easily be changed. No much hot water for shower. There is no lift at present though looks like one is planned for the future. The owner was very kind, as I've told, but when we asked her for let our laguages at the hotel she suggested to leave them inside the car "because here is not as in Spain (our country) when you can't let things inside your car without being stolen". This comment is, in my opinion, inappropiate (She said her husband had a bad experience in Spain). absolute nothing to complain about. Nothing. Perfect stay. Exceeded our expectations. Had some mosquito bites. Not a thing. The bathroom in one of the suites had a strong sewer Odor. We did get a discount for the problem though. No "room service"-esque options. We requested a sea view room but the view was pretty limited - our room only had a tiny balcony with no place to sit. One tiny detail - there was no place to put shampoo or soap in the shower.
