Location. Very good location. Cca 300 m from the sea. 2 big balconies for the appartment. Beautiful garden with oleanders. Friendly housewife. Clean house. No sufficient room for cars. In case somebody else is parking next to you, you cannot get out of your car! Crabbed landlord. No hairdryer and free toiletries, only a piece of soap. Wifi erratically turning on and off. There is no room for your bicycle or kayak boat in the garden. Bathroom is tiny and smells a little bit. The double bed is short for a man. There is no microwave oven in the kitchen. Too expensive.
