  Excellent location - right on the beach. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Spotless studio with new furniture and all necessary equipment. Parking place is provided in front of the house. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarket, cafes, beach bar and restaurants in radius of 100m. Center of Zadar is only 10 min away by bus. Lovely old lady running the show when I was there - the mother of the owner I think. She didn't speak English but that wasn't really a problem. Coffee and a shot of slivo on the house upon arrival.   Beautiful surroundings: nice pine forest in the peninsula, rocky beach about 20-50m with really transparent water. Kind flexible and helpful staff. Zelena Punta has own restaurant and pizzeria, but there's a ot of catering at Kukljica are about 10-15 min. walk.
