Anita is perfectly located; less than 10-minute walk from the old town of Rovinj (Grisia Street), but far enough not to experience the noisy old town, and 10 minute walk from the beach. Our studio was meticulously clean, tastefully/modernly furnished, and the bathroom was spacious and contemporary. The kitchenette - The host Igor was very friendly and helpful and gave us a bottom floor apartment as requested which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything you could think of and was very clean and tidy. The bed was nice and comfortable and we had a nice deck to relax on. Igor helped us with some itineraries for our days in Rovinj/Istria. We loved our little tour around all the hilltop towns. We were sad to leave and could have spent a lot longer there!

We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station.   Nice, quite area, good location both for the beach and visiting Pula, Fazana. Owner very friendly, discret but still around. I.ve found everything I needed in the apartment, we had breakfast there every day and 3-4 times even dinner. What a surprise when she came up to our apartment with a BBQ plate!!!! Stronger inside but I prefered to sit on the balcony :) - Fairly new, very clean, well maintained apartments between Pula and Fažana (just back off the main road). Good free internet.
