Very friendly people and perfect place to stay there not just for transit, we stay there more days and it was worth it. Fantastic view from our room to waterfalls, 300m to entrance N.1, over street (50m) point of view, very romatic. In kitchen all what we need for cooking. Minimarket by entrance to Plitvice waterfalls. Even very good place to stay for people without car (only count with selfservice dinner this year - restaurant is in reparing, but in national park are till 18h open buffets). Wh.
所有评语 » Excellent location within walking distance of entrance 1 to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Large, clean room with small but adequate bathroom. Small balcony with lovely view over front garden and a waterfall from the national park in the distance. Table and chairs to enable self-catering in shared kitchen. Tea and coffee provided. Also crystal juice and wine glasses. Grocery stores a short drive away. Guesthouse Sven was very good value for money and an excellent location for seeing the superb w. The location was perfect! So close to the first entrance of the park. So easy for me as a solo traveller with no car. The price was reasonable with just me so if you are sharing a room it would be an incredible deal for the cleanliness, comfort, location and generosity of the staff. Silvana drove me to the restaurant in town since nothing was open in the low season. She was so sweet, you simply MUST stay here to have a perfect time at Plitvice. Excellent location within 5 min walking distance to entrance 1 to Plitvice Lakes NP. Welcoming hosts. Clean room with lovely view over front garden and a waterfall from the national park. Bed is very comfortable. Small but adequate bathroom. Table and chairs to enable self-catering in shared kitchen. You can buy some basic stuff (bread, Cheese, soup packets, drinks...) from the small souvenir shop at the park entrance. Super nice couple runs the place, they provided good park information. Coffee and tea are available in the communal kitchen and everything you need to prepare your own meals as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk directly across the street to the park making this an excellent location for your visit to Plitvice. Enjoy!. The location was perfect for visiting Plitvice National Park. The room was very comfortable and we had full use of a small kitchen. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. We were very glad we chose to rent a car since there were no real choices for eating within walking distance and the only decent market was also a short drive away. It is a clean and spacious room, with a view on the Plitvice park. We were on foot and the park is just five minutes away, so it's ideal to visit the Plitvice lakes. When we couldn't find any shop nearby to buy fruit, the hostess offered to bring some fruit from the supermarket. Guesthouse Sven was the best accomodation in our entire trip to Italy & Croatia. Excellent location. The owners are very helpful and friendly even their dog is friendly. The house is very well kept, clean and each room has a view. Book early so you won't be disappointed. Location, surroundings, clean, welcoming staff, very useful guidance for the lake tour, beautiful view from the house, less than 5 minutes walk from the Entrance 1 of the lakes, tea/coffee preparation possible, wi-fi available, will definitely stay there in our next trip. We have been there for three nights. The room was very confortable and clean with a very usefull bathroom and an external kitchen. SIlvana, the host, was very friendly and kind. House Sven is ten minute walking from the first entrance of the park, very easy to reach. - Location: only few hundred metres from Plitvica Park. - Nice big house with opportunity to relax outside (you can actually see the falls from this guesthouse) in the evening. - Few nice restaurants 5-7 km from the guesthouse where you can eat for 250-300 kunas. Glorious view of the Plitvice Lakes waterfalls from the balcony. Friendly hosts. If you inform the bus captain of the address when you board the bus, he would make an unscheduled stop at the driveway to the house, saving you a short 300 metre walk. It is a nice house, with few rooms, clean and close to the Entrance no.1 of Plitvice Park. The owners were nice and helpful. There is a little kitchen, fully equipped , we only used it to prepare some sandwiches for breakfast. Near with plitvice lakes (300 m) Wi-fi free Has it's own parking, free View is fantastic Comfortable rooms, kitchen-it is very nice, because there us no restarant near the hotel. Very good restaurant in 5 km from the hotel. First of all, it was very close to the Entarance 1 of Plitvice Park. (just 5 minutes walk) House was located in the good place and room was neat and clean. House owner was also kind. Newly built house with clean, nice rooms. A kitchen is available, equipped with everything that is needed. The entrance to the National Park is within a few minutes walking distance. Excellent location..easy walk to National Park. Room was on second floor and the staircase had very shallow wooden steps which made it a bit awkward for carrying suitcases up two flights of stairs, but nothing that a reasonably able-bodied person couldn't manage. Nothing. Tea was not provided in the kitchen. It's bit difficult to carry your suitcase over the stairs with the very narrow wooden steps (but actually they helped me with this :) ) The shower head was inconveniently installed, it won't suit a tall person. Only cash payment, no credit card. NB: take care if you will arrive at night, the main highway (which you will walk on to reach the guesthouse) is pitch black at night. Nothing to do with Guesthouse Sven - just a note that we did not enjoy the food at the two closest restaurants - worth the extra 5 minutes to the next stop.... It wasn't a big deal for us, but you have to climb several flights of narrow stairs to get to the room. The shower was very small and the shower head was inconveniently located and difficult to use. No complaints about the guesthouse itself, but if you are not there by car, it's almost impossible to buy descent food, because the shop (at entrance 1 of the park) offers only some basic stuff (bread, salami, cheese, drinks,...) but no vegetables, fruit and meat. The nearest supermarket is more than 6 km away. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. - not that much. Do realize that when you need to get cash, there is only 1 hotel 8-10 kilometers from the guesthouse where you can use a cashmachine. Nothing. For us no minuses. None. Could only book one night due to high demand...in short nothing I did not like. Top floor room with very low ceiling over the beds. Tiny bathroom. Climb stairs to the room. Small market at Plitvice National Park with only can food, ham and bread for sale. No egg, fruits, vegetable available. no. Everything was perfect. still have to walk long to the guesthouse from the bus station, walking on the road is a little dangerous, have to prepare the dinner and breakfast, there is no nearby resturant or mini-market. food is a problem. It's only recommand to those have car. If you have no car, I'm afraid you have to walk about 5-10 mins to get to this house with your luggage. no restaurant nearby, only cafe selling sandwich. Must cook by yourself. one has to walk on a busy highway or take a longer forest trail (the trail is difficult to walk if you have luggage) to reach guest house from nearest bus station/ the national park. Everything was perfect. Bad wether. To find it with a little bit difficulties. The room was on the second floor, so not the best with the suitcases. And since the room was under the roof, it was very hot throughtout the day.
