- Amazing accommodation esp considering the price! - The photos do not do the place justice - the rooms had so much character and quite spacious. - Ideal for a group of friends or family. - Shared kitchenette with fridge. - Spotlessly clean (and I am very fussy). - The owner, Darko, arranged our transport to/from the airport, he also met us upon arrival at the City Gates to take us to the accommodation. 所有评语 » Our host, Darko, proved to be an amazing host assisting us in any way possible particularly with our luggage to and from our car. We were prepared for the many stairs which added to the ambience of being located in the old town. The interior of the guesthouse has been renovated beautifully and our room was very comfortable. We were grateful for the much needed air conditioning and the wi fi. Darko happily lent us towels for swimming, and recommended many restaurants and sites to visit.It was al. darko the owner picked me up at the bus station and helped me get up the steps and into the room. he put me in a double even though i had only paid for a single. very nice man, very helpful and friendly. great english too. location is excellent. in less than one minute you are in the middle of the action of the old city. small kitchen available is a bonus. The couple that run the Guesthouse are just brilliant, so helpful, way and above expectations. Location brilliant, comfort brilliant, there is some small kitchen where you can make tea, coffee, a microwave, fridge all for guest use, towels for the beach, I stayed here 9 nights, literally a home from home.!00% recommend this guesthouse. Best place we have stayed on our trip. Fantastic location right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik but tucked away in a gorgeous little street so nice & quiet. A beautiful, authentic, stone Dubrovnik house... Owners of the hotel are great people. Its location is perfect, you feel like you are not a traveller but someone living in the city. He was so willing and helped us in every way, organising our car parking and recommending the local fish restaurant Moby Dick. We enjoyed ever moment in Dubrovnik and give Guesthouse Vicelic the highest recommendation possible. We had a great stay in the Guesthouse. The room is so well planned for a small area. It was great to be within the walls. The stair climb gave us our exercise we need. Staff very friendly. The place was so clean. Thanks so much for the great stay. Fantastic location! Could not ask for a better location. I stayed in the small room on the ground floor with the exterior bathroom. It was a small room with a very low roof but it was perfect for just sleeping in. Very safe. Drako was amazing!. Location is superb and although it is in the heart of the town it was quiet at night and very clean. We were also met at the entrance to the town by the owner who walked us up to the guesthouse which made finding the place easy. Great location. Hosts were so friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way. Rooms were clean and I loved staying here. Would happily stay again and can't recommend the place enough. Great value of money. Nothing. of course the steps to get up there, but its not too bad once you get your luggage in. the room was small--ok for me, but for two it would have been a problem as where to put your luggage. Absolutely no complaint whatsoever. Nothing. nothing,although there are a lot of stairs if you have any health or walking problems. Because it is a small place there is a lot of noise in the mornings around 9-10am. This was fine for me as it made me get up and enjoy this beautiful city but if you are intending to have big nights out and sleep until midday or later then you may find this annoying. Because it is located in an older building, you can hear other guests in their rooms and some construction outside in the morning. Nothing. There are a few steps to get to it so be prepared. Arrived during official check in time but no one was there. And it was raining then. Called and had to wait for 15 minutes before owner come. The steps to get to the guest house. Approx 60. Room was a little damp. The street is on stairs, so the access is difficult with luggage, especially when it's raining. But our host helped us to carry the luggage. Nothing ! EVERYTHING IS VERY GOOD. You cannot really cook. It has only a kettle and a microwave.
