We choose this family house as it can accommodate our group of 12 persons within their 2 apartment units in the house. Located in a side street off the Stradun in old town. Best location for sightseeing, shopping & eating out. A friendly family house that feels like home, with a spacious terrace and yard area. Well equipped kitchen where we even cooked up a dinner meal. The friendly lady owner is prompt in answering to our emails queries, and helped to talk to our airport transfer driver r.
所有评语 » Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The kiwi fruit covered courtyard and terrace were just magic when we came home from a very hot days exploring. Our courtyard opened onto a stairway with lots of people walking past. We enjoyed watching their jealous faces. Some even took photos. The position was great only two small blocks back from the Stradun (main street) but ver. The location was excellent 5 minutes walk from Pile Gate so not too far with the cases. Daniela the host was lovely, she arranged the taxi transfer from the airport and back and kindly allowed us to keep the apartment until 2pm. This meant we could do some last minute shopping and have lunch before heading back to airport. The location was absolutely perfect for a holiday in Dubrovnik. Daniela is a lovely host and the apartment is perfect for a a group of friends or a family. The garden and terrrace add a special element to the place in the middle of the oldtown. We loved it!. the location is good , it is center of the center. the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean and large room , full facilities for cooking!. Warm welcome, spacious appartment, excellent location, free WiFi, nice terrace and garden in the middle of the old town. Daniella was very personable and helpful. The location couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly host. The resident-like feeling, next to the restaurants, yet quiet. Nice garden. This was a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It is situated just of the main tourist route in an enclosed area and is therefore quiet and peaceful. The apartment is small, but adequately equipped . Daniella was very helpful, even after hours. Not much. Perhaps only the location very close to main points of interest. These are not something I didn't like, rather meant to highlight to other travellers. The owner has a dog which roams around freely in the terrace. For those who are afraid of dog, this may pose as an inconvenience. There is a flight of stairs up to her house from the road level. Hence those with large luggages, please be prepared. If you don't like dogs maybe you shouldn't stay here but it was a great place. It was just very good, but just too many tourist from all the cruise ships in the old town by daytime at this time of the year. Not all rooms are the same, unless you get the right one, you may feel dissapointed. The apartment is not suitable for the elderly, as it has a very steep flight of stairs to the 2 bedrooms. Pictures of accommodation shown when booking do not match the apartment. Rooms with no windows. Care taker not very nice and did not provide any useful insights despite having seen that we were traveling with an older person. Her best answers were usually "you did not ask!".
