  A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. The owner Ivan, his wife and his sons were very friendly and accommodating; they also have a family run restaurant on the harbour called Ivans- go check it out. He als - We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a da

  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

  We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. The apartments are very clean and in an ideal location, with lovely views across the harbour. Cavtat is a beautiful place and we would love to come and stay here again.

  The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. The balcony is absolutely incredible... 别人怎么说 » and would put some 5 star hotels to shame. 2 sunbeds, table , 2 chairs and amazing views with space for a game of 5 a side football .( Was trying to - We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill. Would highly recommend.
