  A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. The owner Ivan, his wife and his sons were very friendly and accommodating; they also have a family run restaurant on the harbour called Ivans- go check it out.   Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms.   Rarely in life does reality exceed expectations but our stay here was restful sitting on the terrace deck reading or just watching the sea. It was also of great relief to be collected at the airport. This - The owners were so friendly and the roof terrace was beautiful. We stayed in the smallest apartment and it was perfectly kitted out. We only stayed one night at the end of our trip due to the convenience to the airport and I wish we had stayed for longer as it was a beautiful little place. I would definitely recommend a stay here.   We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people.   Owners friendly and very helpful. Very well positioned above Cavtat town. Very spacious. Great views from the balcony. Only a 5 min walk down the hill to the town/sea front. 10 min walk back up the hill! Would definitely recommend it to others - The apartment was airy and clean, pristine in fact. In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. From being collected from the airport by Zeljka's uncle with a lovely smile to being dropped off 2 weeks later we had a marvellous stay.
