perfect location, children-friendly, friendly owners, great relax zone, free use of grill ... We were there with family and 2 small kids and it was just great. Maybe in the high season, the beach might be more loud, but still - great place to stay. No issue with car like some mentioned - you can come with car towards the villa, unpack all, take the car to car park about 5 mins walk distance.
